Prepare Your Team
Latin American Missions Preparation (LAMP) is designed to help churches prepare their missions groups for outreach in Spanish speaking Latin American Countries. We have over 15 years of mission’s experience, both short term and long term, in over 25 cities in 9 countries. Working for an international missions association, our principle labor in South America was establishing Leadership Training Schools and developing national leaders. This experience was the basis for LAMP.
LAMP was designed to help your team prepare for its next world-changing trip. Most missions groups consist of members who have never traveled outside of the United States nor speak a foreign language. LAMP will help ease the culture shock by giving them an introduction to life outside of the US.
LAMP will introduce your team to Safety First: everything from food to shots. Cultural Awareness: how to be a guest in another country, culture shock, what to pack, and getting ready for real climate change. Witnessing: 2 classes on Sharing Jesus Effectively and working with translators. A Spanish Language Primer with hours of fun language acquisition and much more.
LAMP also includes unlimited leadership and missions consultation for new leaders or a refresher for experienced leaders. We will work with you to make sure that you are just as prepared for your next trip as your team. Finally, your course also includes graphic design work for promotional materials if you need it.
The Fruit of our labor.
We trained many laborers for God’s fields of harvest over the years. We would like to introduce you to some of the fruit of our labor. God is doing mighty things through these churches and leaders.
Aldo graduated from our school in 2003, now oversees three churches in three nations. He and his wife, Pam, also a graduate, reside in Quito, Ecuador. They also have a bible school, School of Acts that trains new leaders for God’s work.
Juan Carlos along with his wife, Claudia were first year graduates in 2001. They launched Generation of Faith church in 2002 and are still going strong, touching many nations and peoples in South America.
Pastor Fernandez, a 2002 graduate and his wife Marta, a 2001 graduate, pastor in beautiful Viña del Mar, Chile. Their church, a plant from Quito, reaches the Chilean coast were our school was located.

We are located along the beautiful gulf coast in Pensacola Florida. There are no travel costs associated in the pricing guide for groups within the travel radius. We offer live video sessions for those outside the drive radius and please email for live in-church seminar pricing for those outside the Gulf Coast.
